  Everyone we have encountered has been so kind and attentive to our needs, even my husband who does not speak any Spanish has had an easy time communicating with everyone. I would love to come back here and spend more days enjoying the open spa room. Till next time!

  All the superlatives in one word WOW! This place, the staff and all it has to offer is special, the many excellent reviews speak volumes. We have just returned from the first of what will be further visits and are in the throes of booking the next two.

  This place made me feel like a princess. Royal is definitely the right name for this place. I was greeted at the front doors of the compound and was helped with my bags right away. I arrived earlier than check in time and was offered to hang out at the bar while they finished setting up my villa an hour and a half earlier than scheduled.

  Everything has been amazing. Villas are nice and clean, staff is friendly and helping, food is very nice, breakfast is rich and tasty...little things like the evening bedroom make, constant coffee machine refill of capsules and the staff that makes everything possible to make your stay amazing are what makes this property stand out. You as a guest are not just a number, you are special and you are treated as such. We would never ever again have to think where we would stay if in Tenerife. This is it. Started planning next year stay already :)

  AMAZING PLACE, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, STAFF ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY AND THEY TRULY MADE IT SPECIAL. THE ONLY SAD PART WAS HAVING TO LEAVE AND COME HOME. ILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR ANYWAY.
