  This hotel goes above and beyond on every aspect. I honestly cannot recommend the Hard Rock Hotel in Tenerife enough. The service was fantastic and you were made to feel welcome and appreciated on an individual basis right from the moment we entered the building.

  Loved it! Fantastic staff (ask the bell boys about recommendations on where and when to surf: they've got the knowledge!), very good food and amazing facilities: a true resort.

  Music....I know it's hard rock but who wants heavy rock playing at breakfast time. A few quiet areas at meal times would be a nice compromise.

  Wonderful hotel, great facilities, friendly staff. Clean throughout, with quieter areas for adults. The rooftop bar at night is a fantastic place to enjoy a cocktail or two! If staying here would recommend a car for getting out and about to explore, else make sure to factor in cost of taxis to visit nearby attractions.

  €20 each for 90minutes at the spa pool and sauna.....A bit expensive. Some free access would be good for a hotel of this calibre.

  Excellent service and very friendly staff always willing to help. Very clean and tidy. Best hotel I have stayed in and I have been coming to Tenerife for over 25 years. Can't rate it enough. Excellent.

  A very nice hotel with a very high standard of service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food is of a very good quality. Outside areas are very clean and well cared for.
