  The staff is very kind and always trying to help, but the reality is the reality and if you go there you will be in the middle of a massive renovation.

  Hotel facilities were excellent, lovely swimming pool, bar and restaurant. There were some refurbishments going on but there was noise and disruption were negligible. All staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, with enough choices for everyone. Hotel is in a lovely location beside the sea and close to shopping and restauants. Would definitely come back here if visiting Tenerife again, 10/10.

  Great location near the sea and various amenities including restaurants, bars and shopping. Wonderful food. Breakfast selection unbelievable inc cava and live music. Very friendly and attentive staff.

  Great hotel, very nice staff. We assumed the spa was included for hotel guests, it wasn't, they could communicate this more clearly. Other than this the experience was great.

  This hotel is actually under a huge renovation process, so better to avoid if you are looking for a pleasant holidays. Plenty of noise, dust and fences around the whole hotel.
