  Excellent location, comfortable room, everything you need for a great stay. The staff is so very nice and deserve to be acknowledged for being so smiling, friendly and helpful all the time. A big thank you to them! The food is varied, there is a clear effort to please guests! It’s not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in but I’m really enjoying it so far and it’s very good value for money.

  Had a very relaxing stay at Hovima, Costa Adeje. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely sea views, apartment was clean and comfortable and breakfast and evening buffet delicious. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

  Once again we had a great holiday. The Hovima is a great hotel. The people who complain about this hotel must have nothing else to do, or, have great expectations above there standing. This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and believe me, if it was no good I certainly would not have gone back.

  Example, There are live shows on a night time, one couple we sat with said, ' We will not come here again as it is 'too noisy' TOO NOISY'? I ask you! mind you the same couple told me about a hotel they had stayed in on Cyprus, I looked it up on the Internet, it didn't look anything like they said. They said it was marvelous, not when I looked at it on my phone. It needed renovating just like it said on the Internet. I thought I had the wrong one, so I shown it to them, they said that's the one. When I pointed out the need for renovation, they said 'oh it was like that when we were there', So where did the marvelous come from? So don't believe all you read in the reviews, not even mine, as your expectations may be different to mine. Just read all if them on this hotel, I think you will find the vast majority are positive. It is a good hotel, you won't be disappointed!

  Food decent quality with many varied dishes. Not in the nightclub area, but few bars/restaurants nearby. Good position for public bus services- very cheap

  The buffet food was nice (decent quality for a hotel buffet!) and there was plenty of choice. We had booked half board which also included beer, wine and soft drinks and were able to swap dinner for lunch one day when we wanted to eat somewhere else in the evening. Sadly, the spa is only open until 5.30pm so no possibility of a nice massage after returning from a day trip. Mind you, we (young couple) stayed for a few days, going places for they day, whereas most other guests (pensioners) enjoyed their all inclusive package and lounged by the pool. The bathroom was good, with a great shower, and we had a nice balcony.

  Spacious and modern hotel, good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff which made us feel welcome. Good rooms, nice beds, although we couldn't make a double bed out of the twins because they were on wheels and would split. Pillows were also not very nice so I did not sleep particularly well. The lower pool is lovely and is warm. The infinity pool was a big disappointment - it was not that 'infinity' at all and was freezing cold. It was also a tad annoying that almost all sunbeds were 'reserved' with towels from early morning on, even though the hotel rules stated that this was not allowed.
