  Stayed here because of cancelled flight. Was grateful to TUI for sorting us out. Hotel feels dated, staff cheerful/helpful apart from dreadfully slow check-in staff. Euro exchange from sterling was a complete rip-off at the desk, go elsewhere and get 20% more for your money - totally disgraceful attitude to customer IMO

  Very basic standard holiday aparetments. Nice but not ideal having one bathroom for whole apartment and limited kitchen equipment.

  The room's need UP dating. And they should be smoke in a smoker place at the pool. I am a owner and things are missing out of the room's every time we come for Xmas and new year. Our apartment should be done UP like what ON your website

  Accomadtion dated and very run down. We only knew the cleaner had been in our apartment when we realised the bin had been emptied. I ended up cleaning sink and surrounding areas. Dirty towels left and not replaced. Cockroaches in the apartment. Staff lovely and friendly, good pool although a little chilly. Breakfasts good choice, evening meals limited to choice most nights cooked well. Very expensive hotel for what you get. Have stayed in far nicer, cleaner and modern properties for far less. Despite all this the hotel has a good atmosphere and we did have a good holiday.
