  It's a quiet place really high up with a small swimming pool. Last time we where there construction was on going on one of the opposite buildings so during the week we were woken up early by the noise.

  The Hotel was clean and the rooms very fully functional. There was also a safe, a decent kitchen and proper beds. We did see a big cockroach (about 5cm) on the balcony one morning which freaked me out a bit coz I hate those things. The hotel did have certificates that they regularly have a bug removal company come do a sweep but to be honest those cockroaches are all over the place in Tenerife. You can literally see them cross the walkways at night and we even saw one going into a restaurant (they have open restaurants coz it's quite warm). So you'll just have to accept them being there because they are probably impossible to wipe out unlike in Western-Europe were they are quite rare.

  The place itself is alright, nothing fancy, it's quiet at night, no partying, the odd smell of weed and a lot of residents where living in the appartments as well so it is a very communal place like.

  Great, cozy place. There is a bar and swimming pool with friendly staff supervising the area. Overall it is quite nice but the walls are very thin so you can head everybody on the outside. The bar serves decent food and cheap alcohol, albeit slightly more expensive than restaurants on the seafront. Bartender is very friendly and helpful and also speaks great English. Free WiFi is here but the signal can be quite poor.

  We didn't pay a lot so I guess we got what we paid for. Although the place is quite high up, it's not far from the city centre if you get a taxi but mind you, the taxi gets expensive if you ask the concierge to call one for you. They must be getting their share as well I suppose.

  Granted reception hours could be better but it's a very safe and lovely aparthotel.

  Ignore the bad reviews they are unfair because of the hotels location, which is up the hill but it does not overshadow the fact that the hotel is clean and tidy with comfy beds and excellent service from the staff.
