  Just stayed 7 nights with the wife at this resort, booked through Thomas Cook. Wow what a place, loved every minute, will definitely return. A great place for all ages, couples & families. All staff were brilliant, we wanted for nothing with the all inclusive package, clean pool towel exchanged every day for €10 deposit, safe €2:60 a day with a €10 deposit for the key & our room was absolutely spot on! 3 great pools, one heated November to March, a Jacuzzi & a paddling pool for kids, just mind the tiles around the pools as slippery when wet! Need to plan your day as every where gets busy, but if you look at the opening/venue times & get there early! Enjoy

  Fantastic location for a break away from stress to totally unwind! Immaculate Hotel throughout with superb pools in the middle of vegetation creating a' little paradise'!!! Rooms good and most with good views. Ours had a sea view to die for! Food is out of this world but wine lets it down! Great choice of four different a la carte restaurants with great food. Staff are attentive. All told an excellent holiday and a place we will probably go back to!

  This is the first time my husband and myself have been away in January... so glad we did!! The hotel is clean and has all the amenities you need for all age groups and families alike.... we had some wonderful coastal walks from either side of the hotel...

  Excellent choice of food in various themed restaurants. Rooms need to be better marked, can be difficult to find in a complex of different levels and arras. Staff all very helpful and cheerful. Recommended, very good value.

  The hotel is located away from the beaten track but we knew this and was not a problem, the food was ok but often tepid, the Mexican restaurant was excellent and the evening entertainment was sometimes dreadful. The pools were good, but annoying that some inconsiderate people would reserve sunbeds first thing and not go to them until early afternoon. Being a non smoker there was nowhere outside you could go to get away from smokers which I found very unpleasant. Even our room had tobacco smells coming through the vents. When checking out I was asked if every thing was ok, I suggested they might consider making some areas available outside for people who do not smoke but the receptionist said it would be too difficult. We will probably not book there again.

  Further to the management response below, I wouldn't have thought it would be too difficult to have a small number of tables in one area outside on the terrace for non smokers, when we were there every table outside has an ashtray on it including outside the fitness centre! Perhaps that would be a good position to put the non smokers.
