  The place is small and the queue always have to be partially outside, which is a big problem on hot days, this problem isn't actually related to the place being small, but how it's inside, there is plenty of space that can be used.

  Some of the emoyees don't have the ability to speak English, which is a MAJOR problem, it does not only leaves people that can only speak English with a bad experience, but slows the queue for a lot.

  To be honest, if you need any postal services, you can totally use Adeje's postal services, since they work a lot better and not only 4-5 hours a day.
