  Ordered taxi 3 hours before to go to thw airport. Taxi did not show up. Called the lady 4 times and constantly telling me it is there in 2 minutes. Last time she said: then you go in the streets and stop a taxi, bye. And she hang up. Since I was in a remote area i did not mention in the end and just missed the flight. These companies should not exist. Too bad.

  Awfull experience. 15 calls. First one "no problem for the taxi : call me 3 min before". 2nd call just a few minutes before leaving : "ok, let me one minute..." and the girl hang up the phone ! I called them more than 10times to understand why, and as soon as I got the line, she listen to me and she hanged up the phone. It's the worst taxi experience I've ever had. I'm traveling a lot all over the word for the last 25 years and I've never had such experience. Avoid this company !!!

  I had to use a taxi to take my son to school and back every day,so you can say i was regular costumer.This morning their lines went of and contact with them.i couldn't get my kid on time and it was very stressful situation. When i got in touch with them and try to prebook a taxi for next morning ,just in case if this happened again i was told by rudest operator lady that this things happens and i cant prebook .So basically call on chance if we answer answer!!!So rude and unprofessional! !!

  Stayed at the panoramic heights fares have varied from honest to ridiculous 4.8 to 7 euros you really are doing yourself out of work and hotel panoramica you will loose money because i certainly wont be staying there again.
